Below are the open hours for Council services and facilities for public holidays for Nelson Anniversary Day 31 January 2022 and Waitangi Day (Mondayised on 7 February).
Customer Service, Civic House, Trafalgar Street
Closed on Monday 31 January and 7 February.
Council is always available by phone 03 546 0200 for emergencies; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
NBus Service
Monday 31 January and 7 February – Saturday schedule applies.
Nelson Public Libraries
Closed on 31 January and 6 + 7 February.
Recycling and Nelmac Rubbish Collection
Collections will take place as usual. More info.
