Maitai Valley Road: two road closures

There are two separate road closures for sections of Maitai Valley Road. One is in place now for emergency flood repairs at Poleford Bridge, the other will be from Monday 29 May to Tuesday 30 May from Nile Street to the carpark at Branford Park.

Closure #1

Maitai Valley Road is closed NOW from Poleford Bridge (see map).

Closed: Wednesday 24 May to Friday 9 June (weather dependent).

This closure is for emergency flood repairs to the bridge.

Closure #2

Maitai Valley Road – from Nile Street to the carpark at Branford Park (see map).

Closed: Monday 29 May to Tuesday 30 May, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

This closure is for the installation of permanent caution signs at the slip site.

Delays are likely.

Vehicle access for residents, couriers and home help will be available, where possible.

Rubbish and recycling bins will be collected as normal.

Pedestrian access will be provided.
