Here’s our recipe of the month:Potato Peel Chips
- Potato skins (or other vegetable peelings)
- Vegetable or olive oil
- Heat oven to 180°C.
- Mix potato skins in a bowl with enough oil to lightly coat them. Place on a baking tray.
- Put skins in the oven for 15 mins or until crispy.
Make sure you clean the potatoes well before you peel them
