AlphaOne Builders App info evenings

Council is holding info evenings about using the Builders App to book building inspections.

Nelson City Council and Tasman District Council went live with AlphaOne combined customer portal for building consents on 1 October 2018.   

Information evenings about using the Builders App, including a demonstration on how to request inspections are being held in early November. 

AlphaOne replaces the GoShift portal, which both councils used while investigating an end-to-end building consent application solution. Using the GoShift portal helped both councils understand more about what their customers needed from council.

 Moving to AlphaOne is part of Nelson City Council and Tasman District Council’s commitment to improving the building consent application process for customers.
